The Artificial Reef Society of British Columbia (ARSBC) announced today that it is once again moving to complete the ANNAPOLIS Project, sinking the former HMCS Annapolis to make an artificial reef in Halkett Bay Provincial Marine Park on Gambier Island, British Columbia.
