The only rental equipment included for the Training Dives is nitrox tanks and a dive computer. If you need any other gear, this will need to be purchased on top of the dive price. Information and prices for our rental equipment can be found Here.
Prerequisites
Minimum age: 12 years
All students must be a certified Open Water Diver.
All students must complete the PADI Medical Questionnaire and, if required, have clearance to dive from a qualified physician.

Enriched air (nitrox) gives you the ability to stay underwater for longer and also allows for shorter surface intervals meaning you can return to the water sooner. As a PADI Enriched Air Diver, you’ll have the option to dive with nitrox anytime you like, allowing you to maximize your underwater adventures and let you get the most out of your scuba diving.

In short, the PADI Enriched Air Nitrox Course teaches you to dive safely using Enriched Air Nitrox.
There are two parts to the course - Personal knowledge development, where you will learn the theory of Nitrox diving, and then practical training where you will learn the following skills and practices:
Managing oxygen exposure
Practice analyzing oxygen content in your scuba tank
Setting up your dive computer for diving with Enriched Air Nitrox
Enriched Air Dive Simulations
Note: There is no actual diving required for the Enriched Air Nitrox Certification. However, we do offer an option to add 2 Nitrox Dives to the course that will help students gain extra experience in addition to the dry components of the course.
