Purchase, Shipping, Returns Terms and Conditions

Warranty

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Place your order on our secure web site with confidence that we will meet your expectations no matter where you live. We are an independent authorized dealer for new, first quality, genuine brand name scuba diving equipment. Everything purchased through us includes full manufacturers warranty.

Prices

All prices are in Canadian Dollars. Prices for shipment within British Columbia include both PST and GST. Prices for shipment outside British Columbia only include GST. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient. Your order will ship with a true and correct itemized invoice along with a value declaration for the invoice amount

Sales

Reduced prices are offered on special purchases, package deals, or clearance items. These sale prices are limited time offers and quantities may be very limited. If we publish a sale price on any identical item purchased from us in the previous 30 days, we guarantee that upon request we will refund the difference between the purchase price and the sale price.

Payment Methods

Make payment using credit/debit card. We accept American Express®, MasterCard®, and Visa®. As part of the electronic ordering process your card will be charged on your acceptance of the purchase.accepted cards

Back Orders

We have a computerized inventory system and while we strive to keep as complete an in-stock inventory as possible, occasional inaccuracies will cause us to discover out of stock status on items as we begin to pack your order. If this happens, we will contact you immediately with an estimated delivery time and confirm that you still wish to place your order.

Some items will have in their product description an estimated time to shipping. Those are not back order items. If we can't ship them in the time printed we will consider them back order items and contact you.

Disclaimer

All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. A Web site of this size may contain incorrect pricing or other errors. We do our best to minimize such errors, and will always notify you if an error of this sort results in a change in the charge for your order. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

Shipping Options

We only ship to Canadian addresses. for orders purchased with a credit card the order must ship to the address the card is registered to.

Items being shipped to areas deemed Air Zones by Canada Post will incur additional charges. We will contact you with any additional charges prior to shipping the item. Orders are usually processed and shipped within two business days of receiving your order. We ship all orders Canada Post XPress. Shipping usually takes 2-7 business days.

If for any reason we are unable to ship your order within two business days we will contact you to explain the delay and give you either the option of waiting for the product to ship or canceling your order.

For your convenience we will email you when your order is shipped and will provide you with the tracking number for your order.

Refunds

  • Your complete satisfaction is our goal. With a very few exceptions (parts and a few other items clearly identified in our pricelists as non-returnable) if any item you purchase from us does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund within a month from the purchase date.
  • The purchase price of items returned in unused condition and original packaging within one month of the invoice date will be refunded in the same form as the original method of payment, or store credit if you prefer.
  • Items returned within a month of invoice date in any other condition will be refunded only in the form of store credit. Store credits need to be redeemed within 12 months of refund date. We will issue a refund as soon as we receive your return. Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you, otherwise shipping costs are not refunded

Return Authorization

The invoice is your return authorization. Although not required, we suggest you contact us before returning your purchase because in many cases we can resolve your concerns without creating a return. If you elect to return your purchase, carefully pack your return for shipment back to us and inside the package please include a copy of your invoice. Please help us by making a brief note of the reason for your return on the invoice.

Return Shipping

Please don't forget you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during return shipping. For high value returns we recommend that you select a carrier that offers package tracking, insure your package for safe return, and declare the full value of the package so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you prefer, you may also make your return by visiting our store.
